1. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This will include your order details, a summary of your items, and the estimated shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days after the order is processed.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. These options will be presented at checkout, with delivery times ranging from 2-3 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Shipping: A calculated rate applies to all orders based on the item size and weight.

Expedited Shipping Costs: Expedited shipping costs vary based on the delivery method selected and the destination. The total shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, carrier issues) may occur.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address during checkout.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or issue a replacement.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will require photos of the damage to file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
